You must be authorized to use the credit card or account you are paying with. Please do not use someone elses credit card or account to pay for your products here without them knowing about it and/or authorizing it.
You have 2 days to approve your sample proof (if applicable)
With some orders we send a sample proof. Sample proofs come with large custom orders, family decal orders, and any order we may be unsure of. We usually send your sample proof in the form of a jpg graphic, to your email soon after order. We hold your order for 2 days, or longer, and wait for a response from you. If you approve the sample we will create your order and send it. Please...No more changes after you approve the sample. If we can't contact you, or do not get a response from you then we will usually ship your order automatically after 2 days. We are not responsible for errors in the order if you do not check your sample. Please check your junk email and spam filters as the sample proof sometimes gets put there by mistake.
We do not offer refunds for any purchases. Reason for this is that this is a custom made product that is made to your specifications. We would be unable to resell it. The item or items were custom made just for you. We are not responsible for errors due to spelling when you order a custom decal from our site. Please double check all of your entries when ordering and carefully look over your sample proof if applicable.
We do not offer exchange for any product or service purchased from our website. Each product is made to your specifications and the work done and materials used to create it cannot be recovered. We cannot change the color of the decal or item after we already made it. We are not responsible for errors due to spelling when you order a custom decal from our site. Please double check all of your entries when ordering and carefully look over your sample proof if applicable.
Problem with your order.
We will work with you to fix the problem. We will use the solution we see best to fix the problem. Many times we fix the problem at no charge. If the problem was our fault, we will fix it. We may need proof of problem, photos of problem, or return of item beforehand though.
Some colors may be discontinued or change without notice. The color sample of each color here on our website reflects an aproximation of how that particular color looks. All computer montors are diffferent and sometimes the shade or tint of a color may be slightly different than what you see on the screen. No exchanges or changes for a different color after item or items have been made and shipped.

After you fill out our checkout form with your email we may contact you. If there is a problem with your order or the order is unpaid we might contact you using the email or phone number you entered. We will not use your email for any other purpose than replying to you. Don't worry, the spammers won't get your email.
